- GOS - Supply Chain Process - is responsible for the proper accountability, with full transparency and supporting documentation, of all Fuels and Fuel Commodities within each Area of Responsibility. Including the acceptable closure of all reports and variances if any, Plan, direct, or coordinate the Stock / Inventory controls within the organization, initial responsibilities will be to assist in the establishment of the stock management function as a whole to a highly functional and operational level.
- Day to Day Checklists, SOP’s and KPI’s which lead us to achieve our Targets and 100% Satisfactions for our customers under the Time Management and under Quality Management System 9001:2008
- CCTV is being installed at border facilities to monitor Fuel receipt and download
- Management verifies all gauge, issues and receipts of fuel
- Any loss (difference between book balance and gauge) over 1% is investigated
- Tanks are sealed after inventoried
- All tank trucks are sealed upon loading
- Inventory Includes Fuel: Measure It!
- Good Security Lighting - Good security lighting doesn’t send a glare out to observers
