Global Oil Service’s Quality Control Management Plan is to provide high quality fuel services in a safe manner and in accordance with contract requirements. Industry standards (ASTM & API) as well as MIL STDs, DLA Energy Policies, and applicable local laws and regulations utilized for the achievement.

Established the Lab Quality Policy and its objectives

Global Oil Service are responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of the aviation fuel purchased, during transportation when stored at storage facilities includes, but not limited to, monitoring product deterioration and contamination, which in case of our own storage facilities occurs in accordance with our Quality Control Plan. No petroleum products are received, transshipped or shipped to final destination without first determining conformance with product quality specification as confirmed by independent inspectors.

Products shall be shipped on a first-in, first-out basis unless otherwise approved or directed by the Quality Assurance Representative (QAR). Non-conforming product shall be reported to the U.S. Military representative or QAR immediately. Upon receipt, the tank’s contents are suspended from issue pending quality conformance sampling and testing.
